Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not already been processed, shipped, or customized.

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [ponniprintshop@gmail.com] or via our website contact form, including your order number and contact details.

Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or are of custom nature (personalized prints, special-order items) cannot be canceled.

If your cancellation request is approved, the payment will be refunded using the original payment method within 7 working days.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued for orders that are eligible for cancellation or where Ponni Grafarts is unable to deliver the service or product.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days of confirmation.

Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind or for items/services that have already been used, delivered, or customized as per your request.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable except in cases of non-performance or defect attributable to Ponni Grafarts.

3. Exceptions

Customized, personalized, or special-order products/services are not eligible for cancellation or refund once they have entered production or been shipped.

Gift cards, promotional items, or items purchased on sale are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may require photographs or other proof before processing a replacement or refund.

4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Email your request to [ponniprintshop@gmail.com], including your order number, details of your request, and any supporting information.

We will confirm receipt of your request and provide instructions regarding the next steps within 2 working days.

5. Changes to This Policy

Ponni Grafarts may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to orders placed after the date of the update.
